Your tasks during your apprenticeship:

• You will learn how to prepare and serve dishes taking into account the recipe, nutritional science and economy
• You will learn how to receive, process and properly store incoming goods
• You will learn how to prepare and serve dairy products, desserts and sweet dishes
• You will learn how to make marinades, fillings and breading
• You will learn how to prepare meat and fish and what to look out for when making soups and stocks
• And there is much more besides …

Your Profile:

• School-leaving certificate with good foreign language skills
• Ideally, you have already completed an internship in the hotel industry
• Enjoy dealing with people
• Good manners and a well-groomed appearance
• You enjoy working in a team
